A native Floridian, Gina Carvelli grew up in Port St. Lucie, where she attended John Carroll H.S. Her interest in Art, Painting, and Jewelry making led to submittals in many St. Lucie, Fla. County Fair contests through high school. An accomplished golfer, she played four years of high school golf, earning All-Area honors and selection as the Treasure Coast F.A.C.A. Golfer of the Year in 2018. During her senior year she received the Congressional Award from her Congressman for public service, personal development, and physical fitness. 

 

Following high school, Gina attended Marymount University in Arlington, Va. where she earned a B.A. degree in Fashion Merchandising and was actively involved in the Marymount Fashion Club’s annual Portfolio In Motion (P.I.M.) fashion show and regularly participated in Washington D.C. Fashion week events. 

 

While at Marymount, Gina was a four-year letter-woman on the MU Women’s Golf Team. She earned 2nd- Team All Atlantic East Conference honors and was a member of the All-Conference Academic Team. In 2021, Gina was part of the first MU Women’s Golf Team to qualify and play in the NCAA Division 3 National Championship. She  completed her Masters Degree and her specialty area is Leadership, Talent, Development, and Entrepreneurship. Gina is now a verified entrepreneur/influencer and wants to continue inspiring people to start their own business.
